Each client has a lead advisor, but both advisors work for all of our clients. The lead advisor coordinates your overall strategy and financial planning steps.

Eric W. Johnston, CFP®, President & Financial Advisor
Eric is our Certified Financial Planner® and provides retirement preparation and management advice to his clients. He has been helping people get ready to retire since 1993. As a CFP® he has the background to guide you through most of what comes your way financially. Being a Certified Financial Planner TM he acts as a fiduciary for his clients and is able to implement higher standards in investment management and our weekly research process. Eric puts your retirement preparation “InFocus” by studying and implementing different strategies with the goal of creating an inflation-adjusted income stream to you in retirement. Eric also spends a great deal of time advising clients on social security claiming strategies, savvy budgeting for retirement (a task many people do not spend enough time on), Medicare planning, retirement investment strategies, and other important retirement related items. Through Eric’s advice, our team puts your retirement years “InFocus”. Eric and his wife and four children live in Salisbury, MD and have been here since 1984. Eric loves the area, its beaches, rivers, sailing, the local university and all that our peninsula has to offer. He has played guitar since he was around 10 years old. He has run a few local non-profit organizations over time and been on the board of directors of many.

Robert Jeter, CFP®, CRPC®, Vice President & Financial Advisor
Robert has been an advisor since 2012 and started with InFocus in 2016. He is also a CFP® certificant. His mission is to provide the solutions that will help pursue the financial goals of the families with whom he works. His clear focus is getting his clients started off prudently in retirement by providing in-depth, well thought out advice on retirement planning, social security strategies, Medicare advice, etc. He offers free initial consultations. Some of the goals he has helped people pursue are retirement preparation, increasing social security income, proper retirement budgeting, avoiding loss of assets to long-term care costs, improving an investment strategy, and reducing estate tax on a large estate.
